Bespoke By Brown holds membership of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) The FMB is a trade association established over 60 years ago to protect the interests of small and medium-sized building firms – today it is the largest trade association in the UK building industry. Only those builders and specialists who can prove their skills and good business standing are accepted as members. From the FMB website: “Choosing a builder who’s a member of the FMB means a really good start to any building project. The FMB is a trade association that promotes professionalism and high quality workmanship among small and medium-sized building firms throughout the UK.” “Only builders and specialists who can comply with the FMB entry criteria are accepted as members. Bespoke By Brown holds membership of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). The Federation of Small Businesses is the UK's largest campaigning pressure group promoting and protecting the interests of the self-employed and owners of small firms. Formed in 1974, it now has 215,000 members across 33 regions and 230 branches.
To learn more about the FSB click here. Bespoke By Brown holds membership of the European Builders Commission (EBC). Through its 19 member and partner organisations, the EBC represents 2 million craft and SMEs employing 2.5 million workers.
Aims of the EBC: To represent, defend and promote the interests of construction craftsmen and SMEs, in close co-ordination with our national member organisations EBC takes part in the Standing Committee on Construction, which is chaired by the European Commission, comprises representatives from the governments of all Member States, and is in charge of regulating construction work.
