OUR DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

The first stage of our service is to visit your home, where we will discuss what your requirements are. We will advise of any planning or building regulations if needed, and answer any queries you may wish to chat about.

If Architectural plans are required, we can introduce you to our Architects, who we work with on a regular basis. They are able to prepare your drawings and lead you through the planning process.

We will then prepare a quote based on your requirements which will be sent to your home. Once you have decided you wish to proceed with Bespoke By Brown, a schedule of works will be drawn up and contracts if required, building works will commence on a pre-arranged date.

Once building works proceed, we will liaise with the council in regards to all inspections and completion notices needed, and will be in constant communication throughout the project to keep you up to date.
